L’anello di Kierkegaard e altri oggetti d’amore: il museo come autobiografia di una città

The article explores critically the participatory practices lying behind the curatorial parti-pris of the exhibition 'Søren Kierkegaard: objects of love, works of love' (may-October 2013), designed by Jette Sandahl at the Museum of Copenhagen. By analysing its biases, aims and communication strategies, the article underlines the points of strenght of this kind of exhibition in terms of social inclusion, articulation of a self-reflective institutional practice and strenghtening of the relationship with the public.
