The aim of the monographic Course is to enable the student to acquire at the end of the lectures an adequate and mature knowledge of the institutes of civil liability, enabling him to: 1) to understand the problematic issues concerning the institutes treated, so as to be able to face and measure themselves with concrete cases, drawn from instances in life, and to possess the rudiments to resolve them or, in any case, to make critical evaluative judgments; 2) to understand critically the content of judicial acts, normative texts and jurisprudential pronouncements that have as their object the topics covered by the Course. In particular, the Course will delve into aspects related to the tort of public administration in the system of civil liability and in light of the precautionary principle.
Breach of contract; - The judgment of responsibility; - Compensation for damages; - Financial loss and non-economic damage; - Credit protection remedies other than compensation; - The specific means of protection of the contract; - Non-attributable impossibility and excessive onerousness; - Tortius liability; - The constituent elements of tort; - Exemptions from liability; - Strict liability; - Public administration liability between health protection and the precautionary principle. - Violation of preventive disciplines expressive of the precautionary principle and civil liability of the public administration.
