Oral exam. The students must demonstrate in-depth knowledge relating to the development of constitutional jurisprudence, also reporting on a Constitutional Court’s judgement (to be chosen by referring to the "Report on constitutional jurisprudence" of the previous year, usually available on the website of the Constitutional Court from the month of February)
For attending students assessment includes evaluation of class participation; presentation of written and oral reports (including group work); final oral interview

Possibility of visiting the Constitutional Court and attending a public hearing.
