The course aims to provide a deep understanding of essential productivity tools for managing documents and spreadsheets, with a particular focus on LibreOffice Writer, LibreOffice Calc, and Google Drive. At the end of the course, students will be able to effectively use these tools to create, manage, and share textual documents and complex calculations.
Students will learn the advanced features of LibreOffice Writer for professional document formatting and the capabilities of LibreOffice Calc for data analysis and visualization. Additionally, the course will cover the use of Google Drive for saving, sharing, and collaborating on documents. At the end of the educational journey, students will be able to use these technologies in various communicative and professional contexts.

Lectures, laboratory exercises.
The exam will be practical, lasting 20 minutes, conducted in a laboratory and includes an exercise on LibreOffice Writer and one on LibreOffice Calc. The evaluation will be expressed as Pass/Fail. To be considered eligible, the student must successfully complete a significant part of each proposed exercise.
In detail, the course covers the following topics:
• Use of LibreOffice Writer: paragraph and page formatting: styles, page setup, headers and footers, find and replace, table of contents, bulleted and numbered lists, tabs, text split into columns, tables, graphics.
• Use of LibreOffice Calc (formulas, functions, charts): sum, average, counting functions, IF, conditional counting and sum functions, sorting and filtering, graphical representation of data.
• Use of Google Drive: synchronization, sharing, Google Docs.
