Understanding the relationship between physical phenomena and their mathematical description. Skills in manipulating and interpreting expressions of physical laws while applying them to everyday phenomena. Capability of using synthetic and analytic pathways in problem solving. Capability of rough mental estimation of physical quantities, and mastering the use of scientific calculator and validation techniques of results.
Calculus 001 and Calculus 002, understanding of fundamental laws of mechanics.
Standard lessons, tutoring, exercise, liberal policy of personal assistance, including e-mail.
The exam for each part begins with a written general theoretical knowledge followed by a multiple answers test. The evaluation of the theoretical part of the exam will be reserved only to the students who have passed the multiple answers test. The theoretical part of the exam will be completed immediately after the multiple choice test.
