The teaching will take place through lectures, but with particular attention to comparison and direct dialogue with students, who can, during the lessons, formulate proposals for further study or debate.
The exam is done through an intermidiate exam and an oral final exam. The evaluation criteria are: analytical and reasoning skills; relevance to the question; comprehensiveness in addressing the question; proposal of appropriate connections; conciseness (avoiding redundancy and repetition); command of language; and clarity of exposition.
The exam focuses on the bankruptcy procedures: the negotiating tools for resolving the crisis and insolvency, the judicial liquidation, the arrangement with creditors, the debt restructuring agreements, the tax transaction, the forced administrative liquidation, the extraordinary administration and the criminal provisions.
