Syllabus

Course Objectives

The course provides students knowledge of Private Law, with the exception of the parts on Business Law, Labor Law and Insolvency Procedures (objects of specific teaching courses).

Course Prerequisites

Good knowledge of the Italian language.

Assessment Methods

Written and oral exam. At the end of the first part, students take an oral exam which is divided into 10 questions, 6 of which with multiple choice and 4 with an open answer.
The test relates to the portion of the program specifically indicated in time by the teacher.
The test receives an evaluation in thirtieths.
Those who pass the test with a score of 18/30 and above will hold a final exam - oral - on the only remaining part of the program.
The final grade will be determined by a non-necessarily mathematical average between the results of the first and second tests.
The student has the right to refuse the intermediate exam and decide to take the whole exam again.
