Contents

We are witnessing a constant process of integration between the application of psychological theories and methodologies to managerial practices, coaching and applied positive psychology approaches. Organizational Behavior Management is the application of behavioral principles to individuals and groups, in the world of organizations, industries, governments and human services. Behavioral analysis applied in business contexts allows organizational members to establish conditions that give rise to predictable, stable and productive patterns of behavior over time. The course presents the theoretical bases of OBM, its main areas of application and intervention, and discusses its main limitations and prospects for the future.
