La competenza: concetto ponte tra formazione e lavoro

A renewed integration of education, training and the world of work is an important strategy to combat young unemployment, but also underemployment and loss of interest in looking for job. The concept of competence, its promotion, evaluation and certification, starting from the early 2000s, becomes crucial in European policies aimed at linking education and work. The article intends to analyze competence as a bridge-concept between education and work and illustrate some transformations, particularly in the Italian context.
