Voluntary geographies, intentional drawings of the territory that is measured with the institutional forms and administrative perimeters ever less capable of restoring (and govern) The complexity of the urban. Four thematic fields crossed: (i) the evolution that is rewriting the categories of analysis and territorial representation: forms, boundaries, functions, density, codification of levels and stairs... vs. the recognition of the shapes of the intelligence of urban areas; (ii) Voluntary landscape, territorial vocation, brand, between conceptual density and stereotypes, are the keys to reading taken for a project of the territory; (iii) exercises of plane, to the difficult territorial scale, examining the recent plans d Area Lombardi 'Alpine valleys' and 'Franciacorta'; (iv) exercises of governance, in 'laboratory Bergamo', crossing the search experience Bergamo 2.035 (University of Bergamo-GSD Harvard university) and the table of the implementation of the OECD Regional Review.
