Il lavoro educativo e sociale come cura della complessità

The great transformations of the anthropological and socio-cultural context, as well as the crisis of welfarestate affecting the territories, are requiring a rethinking and a renewed relevance of the educational figures. The essay aims at reflecting on the special complexity of the socio-pedagogical educator: his social, professional and pedagogical identity needs a solid humanistic education and a critical-reflective attitude, but also refined relational skills. In the globalized and complex world, the educator increasingly becomes a "weaver of contexts", able to promote relations between the various individual and collective subjects involved in educational and social development.
