Dal territorio alle rappresentazioni di scenario (e ritorno): pratiche di governance multilivello

Institutional forms and traditional administrative perimeters contain less and less the com- plexity of urban systems, the text proposes an analysis of two territorial planning experiences in Lombardy, “Alpine Valleys” and “Franciacorta”. These experiences address the issue of gover- nance at the territorial / inter-municipal scale and the effective form of a plan device. Effecti- veness starting from the capacity of infographics / cartographic representation of work themes and design trajectories in a process, of course with recognized, open and inclusive direction.
