The essay deals with the complexity of the concept of inclusion and inclusive pedagogy as a proposal for substantial change in teachers' pedagogical thinking, which produces an educational intentionality that can support the learning of all children, and to depart from the traditional approach of special pedagogy strongly individualized and focused on 'vulnerability'
