Le competenze richieste e le modalità di reclutamento in un quadro internazionale

This paper outlines the problems concerning the awareness of how the whole world of professions is going through a deep change that involves, on the one hand, the labour market and, on the other, social bonds and relations. The three fundamental aspects analysed within the contribution are: the skills required ofthe incoming teacher, the modalities of his recruitment and the international comparison dimension that necessarily accompanies the analysis of both these aspects.
