Avatar and product lifecycle traceability

The paper illustrates the definition of the requirements for the development of a reference model of the avatar concept for the entire product lifecycle. The avatar concept is considered as explicitly defined by the literature, whine the paper aims to provide its contribution more at a methodological layer. The paper has been realized with a common effort spent by the authors, during a research period carried at CRAN laboratories in 2004
