abstract:
The topic we are called upon to reflect on is particularly complex and full of pitfalls, and can be analysed in different ways depending on the subjective and objective perspective from which it is viewed.
The title chosen for this contribution sets out the challenges of our subject: digitalisation in emerging countries brings with it a whole series of cross-cutting issues and local specificities that can influence the effectiveness of the transition process.
The analysis will start by identifying the context and addressing the challenge and impact of digitalisation, highlighting the fundamental role of institutions in creating a virtuous cycle between the promotion of innovation and economic development.
