abstract:
The Italian National Recovery and Resilience Plan provides for an investment of 830 million euros in
'Improvement of the recruitment and teacher training processes' but spares operational indications. This
paper proposes an ‘against the light’ reading of the Plan in search of the broader and implicit development
strategy, aimed at the Public Administration, and which could involve the teaching staff. A strategic
framework emerges, aimed at the accountability of spending and the meticulous definition of the Profiles of
competences, which would integrate - after epistemological and operational clarification - the ePortfolio as
a device for monitoring skills and personal, as well as professional development.
