abstract:
Monographic issue of the journal «Nuova Secondaria Ricerca» for December, entitled "1992-2022: Thirty years of inclusive processes and problems in secondary school”, intends to celebrate the thirtieth anniversary of Law n. 104/1992. Therefore, the occasion invites to dedicate this third appointment in the column to one of the most interesting aspects introduced by this Framework Law: the program agreements. In particular, the intention is to deepen the cultural and operational value that they have assumed by opening a series of institutional and regulatory innovations that have made possible to reconfigure territorial governance in support of the life project of the person with disabilities. Furthermore, it will be highlighted how this renewed season of integration, first, and of inclusion, then, has often been disregarded in the practices, thus calling into question the objectives painfully achieved at the end of the last century.
