In this fourth meeting with the readers of the column, we offer an in-depth investigation of the topic of persons with disabilities and workplace inclusion. The interest in this field, partly already explored in a previous issue, stems from the fact that, apart from some practices implemented by companies, the most recent national statistics on the employment of persons with disabilities reveal that they are still largely excluded from the labour market. With the aim of delving into the causes of this exclusion, the School of Management of the University of Bergamo organised four roundtable discussions to gather from some key figures, voices, needs, criticalities, actions, and projects of workplace inclusion. This column is properly dedicated to present these key figures.
