La collaborazione tra amministrazioni pubbliche ed enti del Terzo settore nell’ambito dei servizi sociali: dalla sussidiarietà all’amministrazione condivisa

The contribution, starting from the principles of horizontal subsidiarity and solidarity, examines the concept of shared administration, considering in particular the relationship between public administration and third sector entities in the management of social services, in the light of national and supranational legislation. In particular, the relationship between the Public Procurement Code and related specific provisions regarding the assignment of social services and the Third Sector Code is analysed.
