abstract:
The process of planning and, more generally,
the government of the territory, he lived in our country a
radical transformation that has characterized the last two decades.
This transformation can be traced back to the need to overcome
the rigidity of the forms of planning more "traditional" setting
top-down, command and control, which characterized
our country from the establishment of the Republic until the year
Nineties of the twentieth century.
Taking up the challenge of Thierry Paquot, makes its way
approach to urban planning "sensory, participatory, ecological,"
as opposed to the cold urban techno-functional
dominated the cultural scene, and consequently legislation, by the emergence
planning principles of the Modern Movement in the thirties of the twentieth century to the present day.
