The chapter analyzes the regulation of the Centers for Restorative Justice, a new institutional entity born with the so-called Reform Cartabia (Legislative Decree 150/2022) which is responsible for the provision of public services for restorative justice, guaranteeing compliance with the "livelli essenziali per la prestazioni" (essential performance levels)(LEP).
