Il tirocinio come esperienza formativa della persona: la dimensione pedagogica

The paper intends to develop the issue of traineeship from a pedagogical point of view, focusing on its educational value for the whole person. The relational, ethical and cultural dimensions characterize the experience of traineeship in its planning, operational and reflexive phases and allow to realize the circularity of theory and practice, school and society, school and business, classroom and laboratory. The relationship between master and apprentice, vocational guidance and work-related learning are some of the main themes of traineeship in its various forms.
