Viviana Meschitti, Ph.D, is associate professor at the Department of Management, University of Bergamo.

Doctorate in Communication Sciences at Università della Svizzera italiana (2012), Master of Science in Communication (Major in Media Management) at Università della Svizzera italiana (2006).
Research
Viviana Meschitti conducts research in the field of organization studies, in particular on the topics of leadership, team management, gender equality and gender differences in career pathways. She published in international journals such as Leadership, Studies in Higher Education, Employee Relations, Gender in Management. She is an editorial committee member of the Journal of Research in Gender Studies.
Professional Activities
Viviana Meschitti is the Delegate for Internationalization in the Department of Business Management Sciences. She is co-directing a Master in Human Resource Management and Development, organized by the University of Bergamo together with the University of Milan. She is an external examiner for Sheffield Hallam University. She is currently a co-chair for the organization of the 42th EGOS (European Group for Organizational Studies) Colloquium at Unibg.
