"O du wandeldender Geist, du wandelndster!": Rilkes Begegnung mit Hoelderlin - nach hundert Jahren

It is a commonplace in the so-called Rilke-Forschung, to consider Hoelderlin's influence on his poetry as a matter of a single poetic season; the article tries to question this assumption showing how Rilke's poem on Hoelderlin is a sort of summa of constellations which define his poetic ductus to its last verses.
