The course provides a complete review of the institutions in administrative law considering recent reforms.
Course Prerequisites
Only those required by the degree program. Knowledge of the basic theory of subjective positions in public law and the faults of administrative acts are presumed.

Assessment Methods
The examination will be carried out through oral questions about the object lessons. Oral examination will verify knowledge of the subject and arguing abilities. During the course will be organized a intermediate test.
