Syllabus

Course Objectives

The laboratoty will be closely connected with the theoretical teaching, so the objectives can be considered the same.

It aims to support the creation of the ability to conduct observation projects aimed at 0-6 services with particular reference to the obseervation of children with disabilities and to the modalities adopted for their educational cure and care


Course Prerequisites

The laboratory is connected to the activities of Module B of the Course "Special Pedagogy"


Teaching Methods

Cooperative work activities, document analysis and analysis of materials made available by the teacher (documents, models, videos, grey materials, analysis


Assessment Methods

The products produced within the workshop will be assessed by the lecturer and will feed into the overall teaching assessment.


Contents

Analysis and study of cases in some educational contexts already attended by students (for example, internship) or proposed by the teacher


The activity will consist of:


  • detailed observation of the context and of the child with disabilities, supported by appropriately created tools
  • analysis of any existing elements of individualized or personalized planning
  • study of the connections between individualized planning and collective planning
  • proposal of an inclusive activity for the class starting from the needs and possibilities of the observed student

Please note that attendance is compulsory since this is a regular workshop. Three parallel laboratory groups will be organized so that each student can choose the one that is most convenient from a timetabling point of view.
