Syllabus

Course Objectives

After completing this module, the student will have the basic knowledge of business management with particular reference to the organizational structures, the characteristics of enterprises, the definition of their objectives and management of the assets. In particular, these topics will be declined with reference to the typical problems of enterprises of cultural and creative industries.

Course Prerequisites

None.


Teaching Methods

Teaching activities will be developed mainly through lectures, in which cases and theoretical topics will be discussed and examples and cases will be addressed. During lessons appropriate exercises will be conducted to become familiar with the topics addressed and small individual/group works will be performed to apply some of the concepts seen in class.
All the necessary teaching materials will be provided during classes and through the e-learning University system

Assessment Methods

The exam constitutes of a final written test. The written test includes open theoretical questions or multiple choice ones, resolution of exercises, written discussion of small cases.
To pass the test you must have an overall score of 18.
