Overview

Date/time interval

Primo Semestre (16/09/2025 - 21/12/2025)

Syllabus

Course Objectives

At the end of the course, the student is able to identify borderlines between different types of private entities with a social vocation and to legally frame them. They know how to identify the practical and legal consequences of this legal framing

Course Prerequisites

No special prerequisites are required, because during the workshops the acquisition of a common language among students from different study paths (in particular from non-legal paths) will be fostered

Teaching Methods

Frontal teaching will be limited to providing the theoretical framework and the illustration of the legal institutions necessary for the student to be able to carry out the workshop activities proposed during the course, through which the student will learn and deepen the course topics

Assessment Methods

The final examination consists of an oral question expressed in thirtieths.

For students who are unable or do not intend to attend, the examination will focus on the course syllabus, coinciding with the textbook indicated on Leganto.

For attending students, the final examination will consist of the dissertation of a paper identified from the workshop cases carried out during the course.

Contents

The teaching programme includes the presentation and discussion of the following topics:

-Third Sector Entities (ETS) and other private entities with a social vocation

-The provisions of the Third Sector Code
