Business law course aims to provide students with basical instruments to understand legal rules and function of both business untertaking legal discipline and company law rules

Teaching Methods
Teaching will take place through frontal lectures, but with a focus on discussion and direct dialogue with students, that will be able, during class, to formulate proposals for further study or debate. During course will be held series of meetings with qualified personalities operating in the corporate enviromentalwith th aim of deepening methodologies and surveys legal application. During the course we will be organized for students attending courses of seminars and exercises practices, involving the analysis of the structure of the budget and the implementation of special operations aimed at to achieve the students an understanding of them through the use of modern technologies. Seminars will provide for the involvement of students through a comparative model of learning on demand.
Assessment Methods
The exam includes a written test (lasting about 50 minutes) and one, next, oral. Both texts must be undertaken. It is admitted to the oral only who reeach a higher score then 18/30. Written text includes 30 multiple choice questions to answer and still closed The scoring the script based on the number of correct answers are identified; the questions multiple answers are in nature of content, particularly in the legislative framework. You can not take the oral test in a session other than the one in which he supported the written. The hearing takes place, as a rule, immediately after the written test. Candidates are admitted to the oral called in alphabetical order. The summons for the oral is indicated at the beginning of the written exam. The final score follows the evaluation of the oral examination (taking into account the results of the written) on the basis of: a) the relevance of the response with respect to the application; b) the capacity of synthesis c) the properties of language.
