By the end of this course, the student will acquire the theoretical basis for understanding and using ICT, with particular attention to the Internet, the Web, and its main services. Moreover, the student will acquire the basis of descriptive statistics in psychology, which includes the concepts of different types of data, summary, and variability measures.
No prerequisites are necessary to follow the lectures
Written (multiple-choice test). The final test aims to assess basic computer science and statistics competencies, with an emphasis on applying such concepts to fields related to the student's professional advancement. It lasts 30 minutes and consists of 20 questions. A positive score is assigned to correct answers, while a negative score is assigned to wrong answers. No answer gives zero points.
