Abstract:
In this chapter we intend to examine the Dutch system of local autonomy, in the historical dimension and in its present legal configuration. During the discussion, comparative law examinations will be carried out. At the end of the study, reflections will be made on the classification of the Dutch system in the comparative perspective.
