Logiche e strumenti innovativi nel governo della rete pubblica regionale: il caso del settore trasporti in Emilia-Romagna e Veneto

The mixed effect of both administrative reforms and external pressures has led to new organizational management systems in public service sector under multiple institutional and managerial forms. That has showed the way for a new network reconfi guration of the sector itself, where the number of autonomous actors and of important variables for customer needs satisfaction is more and more increasing. Acknowledged the emerging need for management systems in regional networks, this paper is aimed at systematizing main regional tools and contents according to a specifi c theoretical frame and through the empirical analysis of public transport sector in Emilia-Romagna and Veneto.
