abstract:
The article deals with the reactions to Brexit vote from different perspectives. First of all, it describes the reaction of newspapers, then the reaction of EU itself and various political leaders, such as Prime Ministers, Chancellors and party leaders. Most of them were worried and virtually everyone said that EU needs to create an ever closing union among the peoples and the countries of Europe. So, the article analyses a question: have those reactions a constitutional basis? In fact, the EU membership of any State is questionable, while reactions suggest that it shouldn't be this way. Finally, the article discusses if this can be studied as a modern case of propaganda.
