The legal clinics: an “innovative” teaching tool and a ground for reflection on the role of the lawyer (Article in Italian) – Summary. The article illustrates an educational experience, which can be framed in the legal clinical method. The case offers the opportunity to take stock of the situation on the affirmation of the clinical-legal method in Italy and to suggest a use of this training tool for cultural, rather than professionale
