Gli obblighi formativi aggiuntivi. Analisi della normativa istitutiva e profili esperienziali nell’Università degli Studi di Bergamo, Dipartimento di Giurisprudenza

The article deals with the Obblighi formativi aggiuntivi (compulsory course lecture hours stated by law for students who fail the entry test) in the frame of Bergamo University, department of Law: first, the law itself and the regulatory aspects, second the datas and the experience during last years (2013-2018). It indagates the weaknesses of the OFAs and it describes also the efforts made in order to make the lectures effective from a pedagogical point of view.
