abstract:
In the work place it is possible to see mainly particular behaviurus, resulting from doctrinal and jurisprudential elaboration attributable to situations of violence and harassment: mobbing, bossing, straining and occupational stalking. The ttheme has been the subject fo a number of interventions over time over national and international. With ILO convention n. 190/2019 the ILO refers to the right of invididuals to love free from violence in both public and private life.
