Abstract:
The chapter analyses in detail the main spacial and well as contect-related achievements in the fields of migration museums at European scale. By describing some of the main case-studies (such as the Cité de l'Immigration in Paris, MHIC in Barcelona, Red Star Line in Antwerp, Galata in Genoa and many more), the chapter outlines the main tendencies in the European museum discourse concerning the representation of migration.
