abstract:
Educators are often exposed to human pain and suffering and, in proximity of other’s vulnerability, they encounter their own fragility (Reich, 2001); across emergency and crisis-context such as Covid-19 pandemic, this arises more evident. The article will seek to express some reflections through some recognized epistemological frameworks of general and social pedagogy, deepening the meaning for educators in search of new forms of care and social inclusion for and vulnerable people through professional training and attention to structural components of helping professions.
