abstract:
The author sees the teacher's initial training as a complex interweaving of teaching and disciplinary skills. He closely links teaching to the scientific aspects of the disciplines. He values the role of the teacher as a reflective professional and hopes for a close relationship between school and university, so that teaching becomes a shared research field between the two institutions. He proposes to strengthen the internship with the institution of an expert teacher who takes on the role of tutor.
