Starting from an examination of the current situation of teachers' entry into school and the pathological multiplication of the rankings for substitutes, the in tervention analyzes, also hi ghlighting some proposals, such as the decision to archive the historical separ ation in two successive and independent moments of the degree and teaching qualification is a first step to begin to overcome the existing situation and to open it to prospects for reform.
