Abstract:
The contirbution analysis how the debate on natural law developed during the last quarter of the thirteenth century in the light of Aquinas's position on thi issue. This contribution shows how the theological and philosophical discourse on natural law remained plural and presented perspective quite different from that of the Dominican masters. This is evident considering two major authors such as Peter of Tarentasia and Matthew of Aquasparta
