The contribution addresses two crucial issues highlighted by the paper under discussion, proposing the focus of a chiasmus between psychology and health. After the development of the implications related to the meaning of health, to the plural articulation of the psychological profession and to the relationship with the connected operational contexts, the perspective of a process-organizational perspective is suggested. A perspective capable of supporting processes of professional hybridization and skills related to the inhabit adhocratic organizations.
