Curriculum Vitae
Full Professor of Management in the Department of Management at the University of Bergamo. I am also Chair of AQ Research, coordinator of the Management and Business Administration curriculum in the Bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, and Scientific Director of the Marketing LHAB.
Previously, I have been a visiting scholar and lecturer at the Aalto School of Business (Helsinki) and Johannes Kepler University (Linz), as well as a visiting scholar at the University of Washington (Seattle, USA). My research focuses intensively on marketing and branding within both B2C and B2B contexts.
My work has been published in numerous prestigious international academic journals, including Organization Studies, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Advertising, Journal of Business Research, Industrial Marketing Management, Family Business Review, European Sport Management Quarterly, Journal of Business & Industrial Marketing, Journal of Consumer Behaviour, Academy of Marketing Science Review, Journal of Retailing & Consumer Services, Journal of Strategic Marketing, Consumption, Markets & Culture, Journal of Service Theory and Practice, Management Decision, Journal of Product & Brand Management, Journal of Global Fashion Marketing, and others.
I serve as Associate Editor for the Journal of Product & Brand Management and Pearson Management & Marketing Cases. I am also a member of the editorial review board of the Journal of Business Research, the editorial advisory board of Management Decision, and the editorial board of the Italian Journal of Marketing, as well as an ad hoc reviewer for numerous international scientific journals.
From 2021 I am an elected board member of the Italian Marketing Association (SIM).
