Riccardo Dondi received a Ph.D. in Computer Science in 2005 from Università di Milano-Bicocca. In 2006 he became Research Associate in Computer Science at University of Bergamo. From 2017 he is Associate Professor in Computer Science at University of Bergamo.
His research activity is focused on algorithm design and on the analysis of the computational complexity of some relevant problems in computational biology and network science. In particular, he has studied phylogeny comparison, sequence analysis, clustering, analysis of static and temporal networks.
