The assessment will consist of a WRITTEN TEST and, after passing it, an ORAL INTERVIEW on the whole program, both aimed at assessing the level of knowledge and understanding of the course content and the appropriate use of legal language.
For written test students have 30 minutes after which the results are immediately communicated. To be admitted to oral - which normally takes place in the same day - they have to give 15 correct answers out of 24 questions.
The final score, expressed in thirtieths, refers to the whole result of the examination, but takes freely into account the outcome of the written test. To obtain the sufficiency it is necessary to achieve at least 18/30.
