Emanuela Rondi is Associate Professor in Management and Family Business in the Department of Management at the University of Bergamo (Italy).

Products of her research were published in international top-ranked journals as Organization Science, Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Management, Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice, Journal of Management Studies and Strategic Entrepreneurship Journal. She is member of the review board of Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice, Journal of Family Business Strategy, SAGE Business Case, and Pearson Management & Marketing Case.

She is Academic Coordinator of the Next Generation Summit for Family Business Network International (FBNi). Since 2019, she is also permanent chair of the Research Development Program of IFERA – International Family Enterprise Research Academy.

Emanuela Rondi is international research coordinator of the Family Office Observatory (Politecnico di Milano, Italy), research affiliate of the Centre for Family Business Management (Free University of Bozen-Bolzano, Italy) and member of the academic advisory board at the International Family Enterprise Centre (Taylor’s University, Malaysia).
