The main objective of the course is to train the student to work in team to address an assigned project. The practical activities of the laboratory is aimed at improving technical and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of electronics and electronic systems
Students will work in team to develop a project related to medical technology/management and to obtain attended results. Meetings with the teacher will address project aims, theoretical background and specific knowledge related to the project activities. Project tutoring will be provided continuously during the entire duration of the project.
The evaluation of project results, acquired knowledge, and developed skills will be
conducted at the end of the course through a comprehensive public presentation by
each project team. This presentation will assess the team's ability to effectively
communicate their findings, demonstrate their technical proficiency, and showcase the
practical application of their project.
Multidisciplinary project focused on the design of electronic systems based on advanced sensors such as:
- Wearable sensors and systems with application in rehabilitation
- Wireless Sensors Microsystems
If the teaching is taught in a mixed mode or remotely, changes can be made compared to what is stated in the syllabus to make the course and exams usable also in these ways.
