At the end of the course the student acquires knowledge of the economic, business and legal tools for the management of corporate crisis, as well as the fiscal effects of these solutions, also in view of the recent reform brought by Legislative Decree 14/2019 and subsequent amendments. The same will be useful not only in the case of choice of work in the professional field but also in the different segments of the operational management of companies and banks, considering that the wealth of knowledge acquired will allow to assess the situation of the third debtor in crisis in order to better manage the relationships.
It is recommended that you master the content outlined in the syllabus of the following courses: Business Administration, Accounting, and Business Law.
The teaching is carried out through lectures and presentation of case studies in which the themes of the course are developed in their corporate, civil, and tax aspects.
It is planned to carry out working group, which will be specifically assessed for the students taking part.
The course uses the Moodle platform, where all lecture materials are published.
In addition, the participation of qualified external experts will be evaluated, and during the course, company testimonials will be organised as an integral part of the final exame
Participation in working group qualifies attendance status. At the end of the second week of class, students must declare their possible participation in group work, the assessment of which will weigh 50% in the composition of the final grade.
The exam will be structured through questions concerning a part of the programme for those who attend or the whole programme for those who do not attend, in order to verify the acquisition of the notions taught in the course.
The results of the examinations will be published via the Esse3 application.
The syllabus thus defined corresponds to the first five chapters of the adopted text, supplemented with materials provided by the teachers.
