Teaching activities are designed to encourage students’ active participation, in line with the active learning approach, for example through group work and case discussions.

The acquisition of the contents covered during the course will be assessed through a written examination.
The written examination includes open-ended questions and multiple-choice questions aimed at assessing the acquisition of theoretical knowledge, as well as exercises designed to verify students’ ability to apply the concepts covered during the course. The theoretical component and the applied component will have approximately the same weight in the overall assessment.
A mid-term test is also scheduled and will be carried out in a format similar to that of the full examination. The mid-term test may be taken at the end of the first part of the course, corresponding to 6 ECTS credits, in accordance with the teaching calendar approved by the Department Council. Students who take and pass the mid-term test must complete the examination in the September exam session. The final grade will be determined as the weighted average of the grades obtained in the two tests.
The examination is considered passed with a minimum score of 18/30.
The assessment will take into account the following elements: correctness and accuracy of the answers; ability to critically apply the contents covered during the course to different business contexts; completeness of the answers provided.
